How Can you support the school
as a parent or family member?
We welcome an active involvement of parents in the life of the school.
A number of activities and events are organised for both parents and children each term. We keep
parents informed through regular newsletters. If you want to get involved please contact the school office on: (023) 9258 0808
Supporting Your Child's Learning at Home
We recommend spending a short time supporting your child each day if possible. This may take the form of:
- Reading to or with your child from the book he or she brings home each day;
- Practising the Phonic Sounds sent home in Year R;
- Helping them to learn spellings which are sent home;
- Occasionally helping with collecting objects or information for Topics;
- Helping with activities sent home as part of an Individual Education Plan.
